Studio Booking & Checkout Polices

• Securing Your Spot: A non-refundable retainer fee is required upfront to instantly confirm your appointment on the calendar. This fee is automatically credited toward your final total on the day of your service.

• Day-of Checkout: The remaining balance for your service—including any necessary product add-ons for extra density or length—must be paid in full at the Weslaco studio before the conclusion of your appointment.

• Specialty Services (Vivids & Corrections): Custom vivid colors, box-dye removals, and full color corrections are highly complex and require specialized formulations, extra product, and extended time. Because every hair canvas is different, these specific services are billed at a flat specialty rate of $75 per hour. Your retainer fee safely secures your extended half-day or full-day appointment block.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to respectfully cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or schedule adjustments made within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee.

• Late Arrivals: Please communicate if you are running behind. Significant delays may require us to scale back your service for the day or reschedule entirely to respect the time of the next scheduled guest.​
